Dear Danny, Erica & Shane,

Just dropping a quick line to show my appreciation in the sale of the 2005 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail that I purchased. After getting it home I washed and polished it and what a gem it has come up. I cannot thank you enough for the help and the no pressure sale for the bike. Also like to thank the young mechanic for fitting the new pipes, "yes" I love them.

It's not often you get a sale that when you look back on it you've got this big smile of happiness.

Once again thank you for making an old bloke happy and smile again.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. I am an old bugger (60 this weekend) who wanted to buy a Harley. I walked into the Showroom and looked around. After a short period Shane asked if he could help. I explained I had only ridden dirt bikes but I wanted a Harley, he took a long time to explain the differences of varying models. I then visited to shop another 3 times before I chose and purchased my 2011 FLSTN.

There was never any pressure, just great advice. I would recommend anybody looking for a bike should include a visit to IMI. The ride home was awesome but bloody cold. I am looking forward to warmer weahter. One thing for sure I will return to IMI for my servicing and anything extra I a may want to purchase. Once again thank you guys for all of your help.

P.S. Even the wife has accepted the new member of the family.

The blokes at IMI are blooky ace. Shane helped us out a lot, nothing was a hassle. Overall 100% perfect. From Shane's awesome customer service to the amazing Harley we took home today! Couldn't be happier and will definitely only be dealing with IMI in the future.

Hi Shane, thanks for servicing my bike. Since I bought it in April last year it hasn't missed a beat. Still rides brilliantly. I've had no trouble at all, only topped up the oil for the first time 2 months ago. Thanks again mate!

I was extremely happy with the service I recieved when I purchased the bike even when I was getting it registered in South Australia I was still being assisted with some of the import plates and details of the bike. 10/10 dealership.

International motorcycle importers provide a straightforward and low risk purchasing model that greatly assists buying a motorcycle especially an exotic brand.

They provided a low kilometre motorcycle that had been serviced, tuned and checked, which took all the hassles out of purchasing a used motorcycle.

Great way for someone to purchase a motorcycle especially if they have limited mechanical knowledge and l would recommend anyone to consider buying from this company.

The staff provided clear and easy to understand information and advice about the process of purchasing an imported motorcycle, which helped me to make my decision to buy the motorcycle.

Staff provided all the information and answered all questions without any hassles or pressure.

All information regarding each motorcycle such as the model, accessories and kilometres was clearly attached to each bike.

I have now purchased two Harley Davidson bikes through International Motorcycle Importers, and on both occasions I have found Danny and his staff to go above and beyond my expectations, they could not have been more helpful or understanding.

I now also have my bike serviced & maintained by Shane in the work shop, and I can’t fault Shane or his work shop team, my bike is always done in a timely manner, to my high standards and as they all know me in there now, they know how fussy I am, and my bike is always sparkling clean when I go to pick it up, this is one of the small details that you don’t get everywhere.

Just a quick email to Thank you and your very professional staff for all the help in choosing the right bike for me.

I am very, very happy with my choice of a Ducati and was very impressed at what lengths you and your staff went to, to make sure it was the right bike for me at the right price.

I never felt pressured to buy, on the contrary I felt I was asked all the right questions about what type of riding I wanted to do and was pleasantly surprised when you asked me to come for a ride so I could compare the 2 bikes we had narrowed down to. The after sales service has been second to none and I am happy to recommend you to anyone thinking of buying a great second hand bike.
